      Getting a paycheck is always nice. But there are more dignified ways to be compensated.

      Cons

      The owner is verbally abusive especially to the women at the company. Would strongly advise women to steer clear of working at this company.

      Culture, very strong mission (identify, hire, retain the very best) that is evident in the talented team, supportive environment, trust, respect, personal time is valued and respected, wins are celebrated. Growth and learning is promoted, capitalizing on strengths and supporting learning.

      Flexibility with the Owner, if you’re sick he understands or need to break away for an appt.

      Cons

      You do 10 jobs there; admin, project management, property management, running around, it can have no work life balance if you don’t establish boundaries with the owner.
