      Very bad reputation, and they are working to fix that using adds on social media instead of fixing their mindset

      Cons

      They offer the bare minimum benefits Only 2 weeks PTO No Maternity or Paternity leave Managers have the oldest mind set possible and they are not trying to change All managers are hiring their siblings or their kids without considering their qualifications When you make a mistake you are judged by everyone, but when you do something good no one cares at all. Micromanaging everything you do No diversity whatsoever

      You get your own office

      Poor management skills, very gossipy, lots of favoritism, feels like high school all over again, the new president is all about power instead of his employees, he can be very disrespectful. Not a good place to work. Lots of racism and discrimination against women. No room for growth.
