      Pros

      Good place for beginners to learn and easy to achieve higher job titles for resume builders.

      Cons

      A serious lack of funds in the company. The door mods have been a good source of income, but are running slim. Tooling is scarce, and parts are ordered as needed rather than ahead of time.

      Pros

      Virtually none. Aside from having a job to hold you over until something else comes along, there is no reason to work here.

      Cons

      Pay on the on, or even below, the low end of the scale. Management and planning is horrible. Constant safety regulation violations. Very high number of inexperienced employees. Lack of proper tooling. Irresponsible and incompetent leads. Questionable work load. Low morale. Rude and dismissive HR department. Need I go on?

      None at all for me.

      Cons

      Nothing about that place is ok! Hated working there! Put no rehire on everyone that has worked there. Pay sucks and no one in upper management cares!
