Really cares about their employees and has a great life-work balance. Recently adopted a 4 day work week and have regular salary reviews also goes above and beyond when it comes to pension contributions. We're a small team so you're not just coding all day, you're dealing directly with clients, responding to their requests and encouraged to bring your own ideas and solutions forward. You face new challenges on a regular basis and where possible we like to experiment with new technologies to work with.
Cons
Being a fairly small company means you don't have get the same level of support that a larger company might be able to offer.
