      Pros

      I had a really meaningful 2 years working here as a Kindergarten teacher. The team was supportive, environment was warm, and the kids brought so much joy every day. I felt very appreciated and had many chances to grow both personally and professionally. It’s a place that truly cares about the children and the staff.

      Cons

      Not much to complain about. Of course, every job got its challenges, but nothing that made me feel like quitting. I only left because of personal reasons, and it was a very difficult decision. This place will always have a special place in my heart.

      Pros

      Spending nearly 4 years as a Teacher was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The kids were such a bright spot throughout this journey, watching them grow and seeing their little moments of achievement was everything. Colleagues felt like family and we were always there for each other, whether it was for a quick chat or catching up with one another after working hours.

      Cons

      Everything feels like it’s always changing, especially with new faces joining each year. It can be tough to maintain consistency when you’re constantly adjusting to different personalities and needs. Some tasks, like administrative work or juggling multiple responsibilities, can definitely be exhausting but I believe there’s purpose behind it all
