❌ Workplace Inclusivity Could Improve – While the team is diverse, there was a noticeable dominance of employees from Kerala, which sometimes made the environment less welcoming for others. ❌ Accounts Team Efficiency – Delays and lack of smooth processes in the accounts department affected operations at times. ❌ Average Commission Structure – For a sales/consulting role, the incentive system could be more competitive and motivating. ❌ Office Space & Infrastructure – Workspace management could be better; a more organized and spacious office would improve productivity.
