Pros

Mission, International connections, Junior staff is very passionate.

Cons

Directors lack management skills. They do not like opinions that differ from theirs even when they ask to feedback and input. No HR. They retaliate when an employee speaks up against mistreatment, often by threatening to fire them and offering additional pay in return for signing a confidentiality agreement. Low pay. Constant micromanaging and lack of trust from supervisors towards their employees. The Finance and Development Directors degrade, intimidate, and humiliate their employees in open-settings. There is no cross-over training at all. Lack of diversity in their employees. Biased, sexist, and racist practices during the hiring process from all directors. Finance director openly yells, curses, and constantly fights and rejects initiatives to improve office culture and build office camaraderie.
