The whole company. Heard they let go of a sale rep in the field because the rep was starting to make sales and the other rep didn’t like it (related to the owners). So the rep was left go because the other rep wanted those customer basically wanted the money but didn’t want to do the work. So the rep related to the owners can still sit a home and get high all day.

Working conditions are bad. Management is nonsensical, immoral, and often stupid. They've never planned a single critical activity from the company's inception. Was verbally offered equity and was never mentioned after I agreed to the position. Been given job descriptions for promotions that are copy pasted from other companies on LinkedIn. No org chart exists or has ever existed. No technical diligence for interviewing at the grow. Many executives has been fired and recruited only for employees to find out (in the process of working with them) that they've lied about their experience/qualifications.
