      Pros

      - Every employee deeply identifies with the mission to get more household and companies connected to renewable energy - Very good team spirit and mutual support - Company made significant progress over the last 1-2 years

      Cons

      - Some cross-team processes can still be improved for a smoother day-to-day work - General regulatory environment and working with utilities makes work complex

      Pros

      Plenty of team collaboration, opportunities for growth, exciting industry & I know I am working for a good cause. Coworkers & management have been great to work with & its easy to communicate with everyone. Overall I am happy working here and look forward to seeing the company grow further.

      Cons

      Room for more structure to be created around processes, but plenty of room for growth & input by employees helping to establish them.

      Pros

      A wonderful and talented team of individuals that help you grow immensely, especially as a recent grad. There is a lot to learn in the world of solar and working in a rapidly growing start-up like Common really helps with that.

      Cons

      With a limited team and being in a new industry, some processes are not well structured.
