Some of the best people I know worked here. Intelligent, creative, skilled farmers, fundraisers, and teachers. Many left or were fired unfairly. This company is truly at a loss without the talents of those employees.
Cons
The managers don't care about anything but their bottom line. They are anti union, they will take advantage of your skills and time, you will be overworked and underpaid. If you are looking to get full time or looking for a promotion you might as well leave now unless you're a white man. Horrible Place. Do Not Work Here. My supervisor strung me along for a promotion for years and routinely verbally abused me. This company wears it mission statement like a badge of honor but will neglect and set students up for failure by mismanaging funds, being understaffed or completely ignoring their student population. DO NOT WORK HERE. It’s s a joke.
