      Good starting point if you’re looking for a job to get you through college. However, there are more cons than pros.

      Pros

      Great starting point to gain work experience if you’re a student. The coworkers at my branch became like family to me and I met some of my best friends there.

      Cons

      You’ll feel like you’re working for Big Brother here. They constantly watch their employees from the security cameras (not to ensure their employees’ safety and security, but to literally spy on them). I’m not even exaggerating; it’s absurd.

      Good starting Place for People who haven't worked in banking

      Pros

      Small credit union so it becomes personable and intimate as a company. Quarterly meetings with full breakfast. Get to meet everyone, including the CEO which makes it nice.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments - the branches don't get notified of much change happening. Favoritism within the company, mainly from HR. Low pay for market. Management is always watching what you do from the cameras.
