      Pros

      Lots of overtime but I was salary pay. I received good bonuses and the District manager at the time was great.

      Cons

      I was on salary so no overtime pay. I worked late when we were busy. And when we slowed down I was laid off.

      Pros

      Pay is at market, but working 50-60 hour weeks, we still don't get paid enough.

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke. It comes from Southern California and they don't know what goes on in Arizona. The work environment is toxic. If you don't work 60 hours per week, your job is in jeopardy. They always lay off half of their staff at any sign of market slow down. One of my worst work experiences.
