Pros
Partners and Associates are all very kind and supportive Remote work available Flex time to attend doctors appointments or other time off needs Company actively working on team connectivity and culture Responsive to feedback from all levels of staff Open door policies mean that partners are available (as long as you schedule time!)
Cons
Operations and intake department need improvement- it is actively being worked on though Paralegal work space does not have any windows :( Communication is lackluster- again, something management is actively working on.
