Pros

Very attractive set of "Core Values", Mission, and "Noble Selling Purpose" to set them aside as a 'different' Senior Living company - if they TRULY believed in and conducted their affairs by these standards (as they preach they do), it would be amazing. But WATCH OUT, believe what you hear, because they DON'T.

Cons

Long Story Made Short: They'll almost desperately shout from the rooftops about being 'different' with their "Core Values", which they claim were taken from actually "listening" to their employees; they'll promise you a $50K longevity bonus for staying with them 5 years - BUT WATCH OUT. They ARE 'different' - in that they are the WORST company you will EVER work for; highly political with many occult agendas and just waiting to prey on those with good hearts who "believe" in them. I've never, in my 20 years in this industry, experienced such an exploitative company, seeking to reap financially off the backs of those who would work their backs broken to be a part of something that preaches "kindess", "We Care, We do the right thing", "We Listen, we love, we care, we Serve", only to run their employees dry, emotionally and physically, and then stand on their mountain of falsehoods claiming "honesty" and "respectfulness". Senior Management, no matter HOW genuine they may seem, WILL lie to your face. I should have listened to past employees. I hope someone might listen to me....
