Pros

Decent car with fuel card

Cons

Views of management to any employee who needs support or training is managed out of the business and replaced. The company have a VERY HIGH turn over of staff and its no surprise as they are only concerned with making money and couldn't care less about their employees. - Below industry standard pay - No opportunities for external staff to progress within company as they form cliques in HQ and only promote internally through their office making you feel unwelcome and unappreciated. - No recognition for hard work. - Management are unrealistic and lack leadership, its the blind leading the blind. - Comms-care are written to themselves, they are not part of a union and therefore do not concern themselves with the law of employment, its a license to do as they please. Unless you are absolutely desperate for a job and are prepared to compromise on your mental well being, DO NOT join this company it is a total waste of time.

Pros

You get a niceish car. And at times have a lot of free time, sometimes days with no work.

Cons

The company is based up north and if you are not office based do not bother. They pay well below industry, THERE ARE NO opportunities for engineers who work from home/field. The company is full of promises but they deliver on none. They only care about their office based team. There is very high turnover of staff not office based. If you live in London you will be paid the same as someone who lives up north in the middle of nowhere, they are a northern company and do not care about living costs in London.

Pros

Despite the senior management teams neglect and mis-management there are still a number of really good individuals trying to do their best.

Cons

Lots of Cons. I wonder if there is anyway back from the mess the business finds itself in. The business has openly admitted they have not achieved target in all of 2024 yet they leave it to December to start off a redundancy programme with a number of people leaving just before Christmas! Poor salaries unless you are in sales Lack of committed direction by the senior management team and only wanting those that say "yes" and not to be challenged. They talk the talk but its obvious they can’t walk it.
