      Huge Turnover and 0 Vision

      Pros

      - Didn't really see any . Rarely in contact with anyone but the sales manager and CEO.

      Cons

      -Horrible management -Lack of leadership -No vision, the people are there for 10+ years and have 0 management experience. -99% of the sales are done in Quebec because of gov grants, they have no success in Canadian market or US market. -Products lacks massive features -They don't listen to clients needs , only care about themselves - Huge Turnover , low pay, and comp plan is a joke. - Very cheap company in general .

      High turnover, terrible support from management

      Pros

      Colleagues were great. Some activities as well. Hype environment.

      Cons

      Lack of support from leadership. Terrible onboarding. Disconnect from sales teams and what the erp can really do. BAs are the ones having to tell customers the reality.

      The company has a friendly environment. The mentality is aimed to the quality, wich leaves space for a less stressful ambiance. Freedom to suggest/addopt new technologies.

      Cons

      Lack of a carrear plan well defined. Poor politic of evaluation / bonification; Package of benefits is not appealing;
