I really can’t say there was anything positive about my experience
Cons
- boss who never comes into the office yet aggressively micromanages you and reads all of your emails - below subpar pay and company takes forever to pay commissions where I had to threaten legal action to get any payment - no healthcare provided (subsidized but poorly) - uses car rentals apps for store visits but will abandon the app and stick you with the bill because the owner refuses to put anything in his name - I left for a new job and realized how utterly insane the conditions were here it is insane that this place is still running given the cheap clothing it selling
