No incentives , no raise in the 5 years I have worked here. Your doing more than the job you were hired for.

Ethical practices. Can be a great environment for introduction to non profit work with at risk populations. Some perks and room for growth.

Cons

As a non profit the pay is lower than average for similar roles at other locations.

There are some great co-workers.

Cons

Pay is disturbingly low for a college degree requiring job. The attitude of management is that case managers can be replaced, very little concern for retention. Work expectations were unreasonable/caseloads unmanageable. Employees were regularly held responsible for things outside their control. Terrible insurance.
