Pros
It has great potential to pursue the mission of media production and training for spiritual upliftment and empowerment of people. Communication Foundation for Asia (CFA) is equipped with good facilities and equipment for electronic media production and for media training.
Cons
There seems to be a high turnover of good employees whose potential have not been fully tapped. Too much micro-management interventions have stifled efforts for improvement and development of systems and personnel.
