      Pros

      Decent work environment when there is plenty of work to go around. You can make good money with the unit pay system.

      Cons

      Hourly rate isn't great compared to unit based compensation. Lack of communication is rampant. Organization is lacking. 3-4 managers for every Splicer.

      No room for growth, horrible raises, management has a very hands-off approach to everything, constantly changing systems and protocols without notive
