Very safe and secure. Easy enough and can work flexibly. Good pension. Get to work on interesting topics.

Cons

Absolutely terrible working practices, months and months spent bouncing back and forth between indecisive seniors. Unclear personal remits, no autonomy whatsoever. A tiny cog in a grinding, barely functioning machine that will suck all ambition and life out of you.
