High turnover, toxic work environment, management that doesn’t care about employees or programs. Overall negative work environment.

Gets too lost in too many layers of management, to the point where communication is a joke. Too many added layers of paperwork to “look good on paper” that the focus from the kids shifts. Management rewards hard work with more work or the work of others since they can’t retain employees. Employees are underpaid, overworked, no support from management. No raise opportunities. Health insurance cost unreasonable and keeps going. Management is frustrated staff keep leaving in a few months, but instead of trying to figure out why and make changes to retain staff, they blame it on the new generation.
