      Community, encouraging work environment, and you get to serve Jesus with the talents you've been given. As a job!

      Not totally a con, but God is doing a great work at CBC, and we are growing fast, so it's important to keep up!

      Good pay. Great coworkers. They take care of their staff.

      Personally, the pto was not the best. You only get 2 weeks off for a whole year and only earn more after being with them for a few years.
