      A company,destined to go under the wrecking ball

      Pros

      To be brutally honest, good old Aptify was really good with a thriving work culture, mirroring the vivid culture of Australia per se.One will get a chance to work with various clients(prospective employers?) and build a good network.

      Cons

      This company is an absolute joke.Before even you think of applying here, do yourself a favor and check the attrition rate.People are leaving faster than greased lightning.With absolute scum floating at the top of Australasia office upper echelons, no wonder why people are using the ejector seat.There is no respect or recognition for any individual's contribution here.A day starts and ends with only one thing, politics.A day in Aptify Sydney office can yield enough dough for next season of 'House of cards".

      Don't drink the Koolaid on this one

      Pros

      The company seems great at first glance. People seem friendly and open. Great promise of good culture. That's all so short lived.

      Cons

      There is a very close knit circle of the original employees and managememt. No room for anyone new to make their way there. This group has already decided how projects should go. Even if u point out a fundamental issue with this u will be met with agression. Suddenly u have no skills and all ur old successes will be manipulated as failures. Its a scary environment to be in.

      There are literally no pros. As much as managememt claims the issues are due to transition, it is completely untrue. Issues have been around for a year now. And no one pays any heed to concerns.

      Cons

      Culture. Male chauvinist. No flexibility. Pay not up to market. Politics. No growth. Ridiculous hours. Immature managers. Outdated technology. Toxic environment.
