Pros

- A leaping pad into wider opportunities across the APAC market. - Flexible and forward looking approach to ways of working. - Supportive peer-to-peer support.

Cons

- Unempathetic leadership - Considerably low pow, even by sector standard - in groups, and out groups. - Fails to uphold it's own values on diversity & wellbeing (in my opinion).

Worst work experience ever

- there were some good colleagues

Cons

- the organization failed to achieve anything it promoted to other companies within itself - so many meetings I had no time to actually work - lack of good resources - CEO made subjective and unfair decisions

You have a lot of autonomy, people are quite open and collaborative, lots of chances to upskill yourself, usually get a 13th month

Cons

Teams are small so you're always busy, it's a non profit so budget is usually tight
