They operate as a typical money hungry corporate company, buying up small family oriented urgent care centers, firing the highest paid longest working employees to bring in inexperienced new employees for lower salaries. They are only numbers driven, so they operate in a very “cheap” mindset when doing anything. Annual raises are joke, they downsize departments without any advance notice. Trying to access HR directly is difficult, the services they provide their employees are cheap. They try to maintain good morale with a few free CCP items/gifts to make you feel important periodically, but it’s a cheap way to distract you. 6 months after I was hired with TMC, CCP bought out the company and the turnover rate has been significantly high! And CCP doesn’t care if long-standing employees leave. The company is cheap and treats everyone as a number and quickly hires new employees at a significantly lower salary.
