Many expectations are placed in you, always doing more cases with less staff. Raises and evaluations not done in a timely manner nor are they linked together.

This is a great place to work. I feel like the company really cares about their employees unlike some other places I have worked. Its really nice to be recognized for your hard work and that's what community care does!
