Pros
Staff genuinely care about one another and always offer to assist when the realities of being a smaller team pop up. The pay is competitive and the commission structure is extremely generous. Work is 100% remote and very results driven as opposed to micro-managed.
Cons
The team is small but growing - sometimes you will find yourself a bit overwhelmed.
