    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Community Child Care Association part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The best thing about babysitting was learning the responsibility of a potential job, and working hand on with children. The experience was very good for me and taught me a lot.

    Cons

Sometimes the kids were annoying, and if it's not a full-time job you don't get to learn the kids better and understand them while building a relationship.

    Advice to Management

Give directions to the babysitter as to what you expect from them. Help them understand the child more. It could be very good for both of you if you let it.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Community Child Care Association full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Working with children to create a happy and content life through their growth. Nurturing the development for "a love for learning". Building their self esteem and confidence within the child has abundant joy.

    Cons

Sleep deprived children. Low structure home environment.

    Advice to Management

Stay in good contact with staff and parents. Be sure staff is on board with all safety measures.
