      As much overtime as you want

      Cons

      Lack of communication No real direction Manager doesn’t care what you do it (which is not a good thing in healthcare) Manager has favorites No real training, you just get thrown to the mess Providers are never on the same page with nurses/medical assistance Providers consistently (almost everyday) expect you to stay well after 5pm.
