Some clients were awesome. It was a pleasure to get to know them. I liked that part best.

The compensation was awful. It was way below the market standards. I was embarrassed by the money I made and avoided discussing it with others. The people at the top paid people less than their potential. They were too arrogant and evil to care. It was horrible.
It's an amazing feeling being able to help clients. My co-workers are all great people.
Cons
Community Counseling Center is never short of clients and amazing workers. However, it's also comprised of a terrible management and problematic leaders. Most of our supervisors are extremely disrespectful and rude, especially when speaking to employees. They're also verbally abusive toward employees who don't do things perfectly.
