Management does not care about teachers. They only care about money and control. Unsafe work environment and abuse of teachers time and job titles. Understaffed and treats teachers like subs. Was told to drive to school in unsafe weather conditions and if we didn’t we would have “disciplinary actions”. Management is punitive and manipulative to its teachers. This is a toxic work environment and they should be ashamed of how they treat their teachers.
