      There are some good people that work here. They are far and few. I thought that this company was Christian based due to the weekly devotions that they hold. Granted- no one is perfect... the management is very deceitful and manipulative. They seem to be very scared of the owner as no one wants to make any major decisions. The owner is very arrogant but I have never dealt with him personally. The benefits are terrible along with the pay. Not worth the time for someone who is trying to advance in your career.

      Pros

      The pay is decent and anyone that has worked there for a long time seems to do so because they have a really heart for the community they are caring for.

      Cons

      Worst benefits I’ve ever had at any company I’ve ever worked for. The company regularly does not pay vendors so you are left without essential things needed to perform your job, but are told to figure it out anyway. The actual facilities are in bad disrepair and instead of fixing problems, they put a patch that doesn’t last. Poor leaders are left in positions in the name of needing their license in that position, but staffing becomes a revolving door because staff is so mistreated by them.
