-oversight on management for hiring a development team that doesn't even speak Spanish. During my interview, the HR lady wanted to make sure that I spoke Spanish and went as far as asking personal questions to gauge my level of Spanish, but somehow the other two women in charge of me spoke ZERO Spanish.
-lack of transparency during onboarding that this was a salary position and thus was not eligible for overtime
-Terrible work/life balance, by my 2nd week there they wanted me to work weekends and do "work lunches" instead of taking my own breaks
-crappy and half-assed answers to proposals/grants that show lack of consideration and cultural knowledge for departments
-ultra micromanagement-the last person in the position stayed in the same office with me and was planning to stay for over a month, something I was not told
