      Pros

      Their mission is cool and what they do for the community is great. The clinic managers are cool. Shout out to Parkland and Spanaway

      Cons

      CEO is racist. They are unorganized. Pay isn't great. They will let you go without hesitation. Please consider any other place to work and avoid CHC

      Pros

      Working for an FQHC clinic is rewarding if you like taking care of people in a healthcare setting that you know would be turned away from other situations based on their ability to pay. Community Heatlh Care is a great place to care for people. The people that work for CHC are like family within each department.

      Cons

      The pay is not verry competitive due to the nature of the non-profit. Unfortunately, this means that we don't always have the best people for the job. Not to knock anyone that works there, but sometimes you can tell a level of professionalism from people with experience working for higher pay jobs and those that have not worked for other organizations so have no experience with the way things could work.
