Pros
Co workers at the "front lines" and folx doing the gritty work are fantastic, mission driven humans. The idea of what this clinical space could be keeps the wheels on the bus along with the pure tenacity and grit of those same front kine workers.
Cons
Change is extremely difficult to create. If you aren't a provider or a leadership member, your voice isn't heard.
