Pros

The teams at the various locations and practices are strong and good employees. They support each other when things are difficult.

Cons

There's a very big difference between the leadership salaries and the rest of the crew. Leadership tries, but doesn't have a good handle on the tasks and time that it takes to get something accomplished. And when a few people try to provide solutions or do things in a different way, they end up leaving the company which is a shame.

Terrible management that doesn't care about employees and only cares about face appearance to donors. Not family friendly or kind to working parents. Do not support breastfeeding. The nepotism is also tremendous and so leadership is nor qualified and those who are live in Boston, not locally
