Pros
I felt supported by each and every member of the management, from the bottom to the top. They supported me as a full-time, salary employee, while attending graduate school full time, and while raising my three young children. I had an excellent work-life balance and the flexibility that I needed, as well as autonomy to do my job in the ways that best suited me.
Cons
The company could not support my salary requirements in the long term which as disappointing, but this was not personal.
