      Pros

      Supports areas in LA county that are often forgotten.

      Cons

      ED pretends to care in front of staff but ultimately only cares about the image of the org and pleasing people. HR is terrible, truly only there for company not staff. A lot of staff from the OC are very "old school" in their thinking of social justice and are not truly progressive.

      Hybrid - you get to work from home, everyone is very supportive and are willing to teach you if you are new.

      Cons

      The pay is very low and not sure if you are going to be employed the next year or month as it is based on funding
