      Pros

      CLS has been around for a long time and is on the path to the future. Great benefits, great staff and helping the community. Moved staff remote for the pandemic, and continues to allow staff to work remotely.

      Cons

      There were some years where it felt like CLS was just going with the flow. Talk of returning to the office full time when safe.
