Rewarding work due to clients, but sadly very toxic company.

Pros

Clients are sweet and provide wonderfully rewarding experiences. Depending on the home, some clients are easy to deal with and shifts go by fast. Sometimes shifts are spent watching movies, going out to eat, or cooking.

Cons

The company is run by rude unprofessional people that often abuse their privileges and neglect clients. They severely understaff the houses and mix violent low-functioning clients with nonviolent high-function clients. This imbalance creates a severely low-quality life for the higher-functioning clients.
