*no time off, you will get fired. Better to call in sick with this employer. *hire pay is $14 an hour. You’re promised a dollar raise, not true .50cents is what you MAY get. *You will be required to travel to both Interlachen and Crescent City locations with no accommodation for gas. Adam may hand you $10 maybe $20 if he’s happy that day. *Expect to scrub the office every 2 days out of each week. The custodian quit so now it’s your job. *You MIGHT get a lunch break on 2 provider days. *no benefits whatsoever *Adam does not care about his employees, his focus is only the company. *Very high quit rate. Adam forces people to resign, he knows if he fires them they can collect unemployment. *Being certified will not get you more pay. Adam doesn’t require a certification. *POOR management *POOR leadership skills *terrible organization. Everything is everywhere, and no one knows who’s working on what. *Patients don’t get proper care because one MA is in-taking and rooming all 40 patients for the day while the other MA is the sitting face of the company.
