The management team developed a great culture with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Cons

Everyone knew the bank would eventually be sold based on two investors owning almost 50% of the stock.

Pros

An actual community bank. Employees are allowed a lot of autonomy. The management team is wonderful. Every employee is well trained and the customers are even better! Very inexpensive account options.

Cons

Recent purchase by Capital Bank may bring some changes. Slow processes on some loan products. Short staffing in most branches with very small rover staff recently.
