      Lots of resources & networking opportunities to serve the greater community.

      Cons

      Too much nepotism. Poor HR, Mgt. & an apathetic board. Unprofessional workplace..lots of toxicity. Little pay & no Benefits.

      Relatively good work life balance, good support and kind management. Clients are nice too, it was overall a good experience.
