      Pros

      This organization helps a lot of people get into housing and exit homelessness. There is a lot of training provided and teamwork - everyone is very helpful. I also like the flexibility and support of my family life and needs. Good benefits. Management treats people like they would want to be treated.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn and a lot of federal rules the organization must follow. The stories of the persons served are often very sad and its hard to see so many people struggling every day.
