Pros

Community Specialists offer their employees all the resources to excel in their roles. The Corporate Office Team is supportive and accessible. They show concern, appreciation, and treat all their employees with the utmost respect. Most significantly, they listen to what you have to say and are always eager to provide assistance.

Pros

Easy to get job. Easy to collect a paycheck. Show up to work or don’t. Residents, owners and association boards, corporate are clueless. Reserves will be eaten away by CS leadership hired and placed. Reserves will poof into thin air and the blame will be placed on everyone but the managers who work multiple jobs on the company and association’s dime.

Cons

No one is qualified to hold their positions or should be managing any property. Recommend all board associations to start reviewing whether or not CS actually improves the property or just keeps it floating until it sinks. Improving properties or employees is not the business they are in.
