Community Supports Network is the place to be. This company has a great CEO who works closely with all of his employees. He strives to ensure the success of his company and employees everyday. It's not often you walk into a company and the growth mindset is there. It's typically discussed, but not brought to the forefront. At CSN, there are opportunities left and right. It is a privilege to work with such kind, knowledgeable, fun, goal-oriented people.

No cons - very close-knit company that works well with one another.
CSN is an incredibly mission oriented ,employee focused company. Since its inception they have almost entirely promoted from within. While other companies continue to struggle with compensation CSN raises the bar consistently by adjusting their compensation to meet the requirements of that role that's being offered. Along with industry high wages, CSN offers medical, dental, personal time and vacation. It also recently began offering a 401K program as a part of their full-time compensation package.
