Pros

The pro was the salary, and it's interesting being on the specialty side of the clinic.

Cons

The con was having to cover for the family medicine clinic when necessary, which I personally had no interest in. There was never enough time to do medical appeals, med reviews, etc.

Pros

Great coworkers and a nice building with free covered parking downtown. The hours are reasonable, and the overall environment is comfortable and easy to adjust to.

Cons

No unpaid time off allowed. You have to give 24 hours’ notice for sick time or risk losing work-from-home privileges, bonus eligibility, and promotion opportunities. Training is inconsistent and often unclear, and every minute of your day—including bathroom breaks—is tracked. Employees are treated more like machines than people.
