Pros

Good concept of service/product. Office space is decent.

Where do we start here. .. okay here goes. 1. Dishonest: First I have to point out that seeing the review here rated so high, is utterly as hilarious as it is ridiculous and a complete fabrication. I can't believe the company would stoop so low so as the either pay or make their employees give such a fake high rating. Now hear me out, before October 2022, almost all the ratings were negative, and the overall rating was below 2.3 out of 5. Now suddenly its 4.6? Higher than employment champions like Accenture (3.7), Deloitte (3.8), Google (4.4), Disney (3.8), Cisco(4.4) , Atlassian (4.5)? HAHAHAHAHAHH Common guys, if you wanted to deceive, cheat and do fake review and boost your ratings...at least do it reasonably. If you went and check how this company suddenly became the best place to work, look at the month of November 2022, there is a influx of positive reviews posted by workers that you cant see their whereabouts, and most of them post "cons" that are not even cons, or say something like " nothing. everything in the company is perfect" as their "cons". You will also notice that on certain days, there will be like 5-9 positive reviews during this month. how funny is that, when before there were like maybe 1 or 2 reviews in 2-3 months span. Now it can reach up to 9 reviews in one day, all absolutely positive. You will also notice that each of these reviews are simplistic, one line reviews for pros and cons, in fact it almost seems like a template or it is done by a very few number of individuals who were directed to dedicate the month of November to boost their Glassdoor ratings. then right after November 2022, everything turns back to the normal 1 or 2 negative reviews in a few months. Could it be any more obvious? Common guys. Do better than that guys common. Even your cheating is inept and incompetent, just like your management. which brings me... 2. Management: Inept, scattered, with no cohesion. One says this, the other says that. There is an absolute idiot running "strategy" at the top. 3. Poor structure : no proper structure to anything. For a company that want to keep growing, how can you do so without proper structure? 4. Compensation: I think many have said before, either no raise or bonus, and a very bogus "incentive" scheme that no one can achieve, as they keep shifting the goal post once you get there. This also ties with dishonesty.

Pros

- wasn't hard to feel included in the company, everyone was welcoming and accommodating both within the department and from other department. - even the management were engaging with the employees where they'd occasionally have chats with the employees (inviting us out for lunch or coffee) - though it was a new industry for me, i had the good manager who guided me through the business and gave me pointers to develop my skills. - notice that everyone has equal opportunity to make their contribution and take lead on certain projects including myself. i wouldn't have this opportunity in my previous place. - amazed by their generous benefits such as optical, dental, health screening. then there is also claims for personal insurance, handphone bill, internet bill, gym/sports activity. - not forgetting providing employees with a coffee dispensing machines will an assortment of coffee flavours and also hot chocolate. they even installed a vending machine. - every Monday we were provided with lunch courtesy of the company.

Cons

- there are quite a number of ad hoc duties that took up some of my time and at times working slightly late. thankfully i had a team who provided support when i needed help - some processes were not clearly defined which causes some delay (my experience with a couple of departments)

Pros

The ONLY best thing working at here is teamwork in the workplace and employee parking subsidy from Company.

1. This company need to improve a lot of things. If you want to break your mental health, you can join this company. This company is still deliberately ignore 'something' which they should deal with). They will treat you as a 'Robot'. 2. Toxic Work environment - there's a lot of negative behaviors—such as manipulation, bullying, yelling, and so on—are so intrinsic to the culture of the organization that a lack of productivity, a lack of trust, high stress levels, infighting, and discrimination become the norm. 3. There are no boundaries around work - management might push the teams until the teams will feel burnout and exhaustion and expect their teams to do the same, whether they’re working in the office or virtually. 4. Too High Turnover - there's a lot of 'Good and Valuable' people left this company. Even some of HR also left this company (sound weird). This company keep losing talent and expertise. 5. A lack of proper recognition for your efforts. Your bos and upper management doesn't appreciate your time, effort, and your hardwork! 6. An unjustified and regular criticism of you or your work. Bos will keep tortured you and he is very blame heavy even it's not your fault and he is always angry for a stupid thing (not professional). 7. Absence of clear direction - the leaders rarely discuss or chart a deliberate direction or strategy for the future, or they fail to communicate a coherent message about the strategy to all members of the organization. What they know is only chasing the quantity instead of quality (even actually they are delivering a failed program). 8. Ambiguous or Incomplete functional requirements - when team members are not communicating effectively, it can lead to a lack of clarity regarding project deadlines and objectives. Sometime its totally waste time and effort because keep need to deal with unclear requirements. 9. There is no support for employee growth. 10. Micromanage - Bos will keep asks for frequent updates and loved to do frequent meetings. Also, suggests unrealistic expectations and deadlines. Becomes irritable when decisions are made independently without their input. 11. Mistrust in workplace - Bos constantly hovers over team members, closely monitoring every task and decision, displaying a lack of trust in their abilities to work independently. 12. Blame Game - some of the team members are quick to assign blame to others when things go wrong, rather than addressing issues collaboratively and taking collective responsibility. Some of them are not doing their works and keep depending on others. Overall what I can say is the management are really sucks!
