Pros
Some coworkers are good and will become your friends. Good stepping stone since too much work-more learnings.
Cons
Poor company culture. Upper management doesn't take constructive feedback from employees to improve anything. Company morale is low and upper management doesn't listen to their employees. Employees are overworked and expected to take on extra workload as the company grows too fast for teams to handle which leads to people scrambling to complete their work and many people working long hours.More long term employees have been leaving due to being exhausted and burnout.

You might find 1 or 2 people that care about what they do, fellow employees about the people were serve.
Cons
Upper management has no clue. No guidance or leadership. They essentially throw you to the wolves. They do not truly care about their staff. If you are salaries and understaffed they will expect you to work extra hours and if you ask for extra pay you are considered greedy. I left and then met other employees who used to work for the same place and they had the same story.
